Production Andmanufacturing
Step by step forging of wheel blank
The raw material for the wheel blank is 6061 aluminum alloy. Made by hot forging and forging with a 12000 ton forging press. During the forging process, any pores or inclusions will be eliminated.
Flow forming of wheel blanks
Continuing to heat and cool the wheel blank, the rotating roller models the wheel blank by elongating it to the desired rim width and thickness using a customized wheel matrix with a pressure exceeding 10 tons.
Heat treatment
Solid solution annealing involves repeated strong heating to dissolve sufficient alloying elements in the molecular solid solution, forming tighter connections and ensuring unique material quality
Mechanics machining
Mechanical CNC machining is used to reduce the internal and external areas of the billet, as well as to shape the wheel rim. We can even mill full thickness penetrations on the spokes, greatly reducing the weight of the wheels.
Painting the wheels
1: The purpose of primer is to coat the wheels with a base color and isolate corrosion. 2: Paint adds color to the wheels. 3: The purpose of transparent powder is to enhance the glossiness and corrosion resistance of the wheels.

Packaging and logistics
First Packaging:
First Packaging:Cover the wheels with plastic film to isolate dust, place the wheels in a cardboard box, and pack one wheel in one cardboard box.Second Packaging:
We will install paper corner protectors around each cardboard box and post fragile item standard s to ensure the absolute safety of the wheels during transportation.
In addition, our customers come from different countries, and we support comprehensive transportation methods such as ships, airplanes, trains, trucks, etc.
Q1: How do you guarantee the quality? A: We do 100% test to guarantee every wheels high quality. Q2: How about your delivery time? A: Generally, it will take 15 days for one-piece and 25 days for two-piece after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Q3: What information should I provide for a quotation? A: Usually we need know your car ‘s model and the wheel diameter , width, PCD, CB , ET for a rapid quotation. Q4: When can I get the price? A: On average, we will send you the quotation within 4 hours after we get your inquiry. Q5: Do you accept OEM or ODM order? A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logo and packing design.
